Day side cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home filled with everything to make your getaway feel relaxed. Brand new appliances to easily fix your favorite meals. We've just added new bedding and mattresses to wisk you off to sleep so you can rest and recharge after a great day at the beach! You may choose to barbecue using the propane grill as you watch the kids play in the heated pool. When the sun begins to cool, take a leasurely bike ride (we include bikes) to your favorite ice cream stand.

You'll love the King bedroom with 1/2 bath and large closet! Our open living room/dining room/ kitchen is bright and airy and as the name says, is always sunny. The covered area by the pool is a great place to relax and read a book while listening to the in pool fountains. Here you can throw something on the grill while you float in the heated pool. Rinse off in the outdoor hot/cold shower. For those who need to check their email, the small table here is perfect to place your laptop on as you work while enjoying peaceful views of your tropical back yard. There's also a small desk area in the king bedroom for privacy. You could easily spend months here! This is a residential area yet convenient to all the things you come to the island for! Should you want to take a short break, located right across the street is a canal that you can stop and look for fish! The entire street is canal and dock lined and lends itself to a peaceful walk or bike ride. Benches line some of the canals beckoning you to sit a spell.

You can enjoy your back yard which is fenced. Your pool is separated with a fence as well. You have your own balcony and covered patio by the pool. The grill is for your use only and you have an outdoor shower. The garage contains your washer and dryer, beach equipment and sand toys as well as a selection of bikes and helmets. Should you need a high chair or baby monitor, etc, just ask and it will be provided for you!

A member of our team will stop in once to greet you and answer any questions you might have and to make sure you are settled in with everything you need. Then you can contact them should the need arise.
Day side cottage is half of our duplex. Night side makes the other side. This duplex can be rented as a whole house with in interior connecting door to make a 4 bedroom home known as 'A Lazy River Day AND Night'.

You will love the greenery and quietness of this location! Most neighbors are full time residents and are helpful in their experience with suggestions of things to see and do! You have a sidewalk located across the street. There is also a canal there for you to watch for fish and the occasional manatee! There are also many dead end streets to bike on with your little ones!

Walking and biking is the favored way to get around the island! One block from the cottage is the free island trolley to take you shopping or to dinner! There are many things to rent like golf carts and scooters. If you want to venture off the island, uber and lyft are available as well as rental cars. Island Eats can deliver from several restaurants on the island and insta cart will deliver groceries.

There is a set of outdoor steps leading to the cottage. Once inside, the rooms are all on one level including the balcony.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 31 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
